Did Marvel just make Wanda the mighest magic characters if not the
Mightest of them ?

Over Dt.Stange, Fate and others in those tiers ?

Wanda was always more or less a trash character. That Bendis 'no more mutants' nonsense tipped the scales though and later writers ran with it till the "Life force" retcon.

Scarlet Witch has the ability to harness as much raw power. But she's largely portrayed as being less disciplined and less in-control of it.

Like Doctor Strange and Doctor Fate will use magic as a plot device to resolve a story's conflict. While Scarlet Witch will use magic that becomes the plot device conflict leaving others to resolve it.

But what she did in Trials of X was really impressive.
