Basically looking at what level Magik is at in limbo.
Not sure Odin could defeat her in Limbo either.
Beyond that, possibly. Galactus, I'd give the surest shot since he directly took on Mephisto in his realm.

Naah, I'm not responding to ODG. Also, one showing doesn't dictate a characters history. Especially when beings like Spiderman has survived an explosion from the UN, withstood a beating from the Phoenix Five and outright thrashed Heralds. Amazing ft for her, though, but we need a collection of showings.

And why not respond? He's overrating her no? Not even I said Odin....
in limbo she beats odin i think, let alone hela. pretty sure limbo was considered to be above the splinter realms, of which hel is just one. that sword would eat hela. phoenix is tough to say--not enough solid showings to decide one way or the other and it's really hard to say what that sword would do to the phoenix entity itself since it isn't magical. galactus would beat her--or eat limbo. amounts to the same thing.

It does dictate a character's history when it suits you.
And you compared a character with hundreds if not thousands of appearances to a minor character, to argue "one showing doesn't dictate a character's history."
