Finally watched GOTG3. I would have really liked it; great action, funny, sweet in a lot of ways. but ****ing hell, I did not need to see a ****ing

. There were a hundred other ways you could have shown animals being mistreated by the High Evolutionary to get the point across. That was just out of line for me, tbh.

Yeah, the animal scenes made part of the movie surprisingly dark.

Also the MCU's first f-bomb, which made me laugh the first time I heard the line, but on rewatch I think it could have been delivered with some funnier impact. As is it's just a bit random.

I don't love Hamish Linklater's Batman but it's probably just first impressions. Maybe it'll grow on me.

What's coming out is more revolting than Warren Ellis.

I was all set to reread Sandman also because of how Hellblazer: John Constantine's perfect ending called back to it.
