Who wins this?

Isnt this pretty much the same thread as the Zod versus Hela one? Same arguments are going to litter this thread. Since its in Kahndaq City Square and her powers will be nerfed, i'll go with Adam.

On Earth she was still powerful enough to catch Mjolner and destroy it. So she's not weak, just don't know what level of damage-immunity she has while not on Asgard.

Adam's super-speed is a huge advantage though.

It boils down (again) to BA using his superspeed to ragdoll Hela for the first few moments of the match till he eventually gets skewered by a blade from Hela.

This scenario repeats until BA has gotten hit enough times with blades that he can no longer continue. Because I'm pretty sure it's been established that simply punching Hela or throwing lightning at her is not enough to keep her down.

She got stabbed through the back by an Asgardian sword and shrugged that off like it was nothing too.

Well we don't know how long she can take punishment before going down.
I wouldn't say indefinitely. Just probably a long time.

Would the blades even be able to penetrate BA?
What's the most durable thing they penetrated?

Anyway assuming the blades can harm BA He will always see her as a statue so this fight is at minimum a stalemate. Maybe he can snap her neck.

Hela’s blades had no issues penetrating Thor and Surtur. Hawkman was also able to land hits in BA, so it's not like he's completely untouchable.

BA is more durable against piercing attacks than Surtur or Thor.
BA wasn't using his speed and perceptions when fighting Hawkman, unless Hawkman was moving actually that fast (significantly faster than a bullet).
