Cosmo vs. Lockjaw

Cosmo is a high level telepath. He should win every single time.

Quickdraw. Either Cosmo shuts Lockjaw's mind off, or Lockjaw simply teleports Cosmo into the Sun.

In such scenarios, I tend to favor the telepath in a quickdraw.
