Fox News must face Smartmatic's lawsuit over election-rigging claims

After Fox settled on the last minute for 787.5 million with Dominion, Fox showed they're willing to payout a boatload to avoid going to trial, so that's the starting point.

they'll settle out of court too. let's not forget that these are soulless corporations only interested in recuperating lost money. they have NO interest in truth or justice.

While true and it's legit shame as taking Fox to court to further expose them would be a win for Democracy considering Jan 6th and everything that lead up to the attack.

But it still brings a smile to my face that Fox has to pay on some level.
