Jerec's Seven Dark Jedi vs. Dark Side Elite
The Seven Dark Jedi from Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II:

The Dark Side Elite from Dark Empire II:
Sedriss QL, Vill Goir, Kam Solusar, Krdys Mordi, Baddon Fass, Zasm Katth, and Kvag Gthull
So which band of seven Dark Jedi comes out on top? Both groups are made up of largely featless members, but each have capable leaders with some degree of hype to their names. Sedriss and Jerec are both hyped up to be some of Palpatine's strongest followers after Vader. Kam Solusar and Sariss are both hyped as skilled duelists.
I'm half-tempted to swap out Baddon Fass and Zasm Kath for their replacements, Tedryn-Sha and Xecr Nist. Fass and Zasm die probably the most pathetic death of all the Dark Side Elite, and Tedryn-Sha and Xecr Nist at least have a couple impressive showings (using tutaminus and briefly dueling Luke).
