Gambit has very good psi-defenses and ranged options --- whereas Negative is a sitting duck in a forum scenario.

Unless Negative gives Remy a blowjob like he enjoys doing to Tombstone these days, he's not beating him.

Gambit can fine tune with kinetics so that he can replay the motion and achieve perpetual motion like a pendulum. He should be able to get you both way’s coming or going. Plus Storm trained him so he can feel the point of no return ftw.
