An interesting match up, don't know if Vizh can faze through Cain's shields or how how much he can hurt Juggy if he can but it's the only option I can think of for Victor Shade.

They did fight before in the mid 90s. Vision had no problem phasing his hand into Juggernaut and causing him pain till Hulk (who was mind controlled at the time) stepped in.

Classic Juggernaut would break the Vision. Current Juggernaut loses quickly
