Logan can't put her down permanently because of her regenerating nanotech, but she's got plenty of weaponry that will at the very least KO him considering she put Adam Warlock on his ass for a bit. Also, she is quite a bit stronger than him and when he does his usual move of "stab all his claws into her guts", he'll be putting himself in a really bad spot.
