What happened to the babies the empire kidnapped?
I remember Sidious was already kidnapping kids during the clone wars, to turn them into Inquisitors. Then you also have Eeth Koth’s son who was taken away from his family in 14 BBY and was an adult by the time of the battle of Endor. Yet all the inquisitors we saw so far are former Jedi. What the heck happened to those babies?
Short answer is, we don't know. I don't think they were being raised to be Inquisitors. IIRC, Dave Filoni once said something along the lines of, "Their fate is something that we can't show on a children's cartoon," implying that Sidious was experimenting on them. In all likelihood, they were resources he was using to try and figure out how to clone Force sensitivity for the sake of becoming immortal.
