Legends? Windu is only capable to fight Sidious as equal due to his incredible amp, something that is not a factor in this fight. Aside of that, he was more or less Dooku's equal, with interior feats against same opponents like: Grievous, Ventress and Bulq. He didn't shine on his encounter with Depa as well.
