Emperor Joker vs Galactus (Pissed Off and Fully Fed)

Galactus just ate Mogo and is well nourished. However, his Herald Stardust notices a nice lil planet, fitting as a desert. Galactus is on his way, but when he tries to eat it, it turns into a giant balloon full of Helium and Galactus is left with a squeeky high pitched voice. Then he hears a laugh on a nearby moon. Its Emperor Joker. Pissed as Galactus is, he attacks with full force.

Who wins?
