She can slice him to ribbons. She can lasso him. She can dodge evade or even block his attacks with shield, Ect.
Lasso is her only hope. Lol at slicing him. Hulk ends this fight when he wants to end it. He is some tiers above her. Non-fight. By the way, she is no Wonder Woman.

Second, you can never equate what a character did in one scene as what they are operating at in another scene. This isnt real life. Comic characters fluctuate in strength from scene to scene and comic to comic. Gladiator stomped a planet (so did Drax) but in another scene we see Colossus taking his blows. Doesn't mean that Colossus can take planet shattering blows. You can only equate AVERAGE showings for ABC logic. Not highest/lowest outlier like feats.
With that said,
She is a lot faster than Red She Hulk. She will can cut Hulk into a lot of pieces in a small amount of time. Also Logan sliced through Green scar fairly nicely. Hippolyta is magnitudes stronger and faster.
I gave other options too. Like lasso for example
