I’m surprised no one’s mentioned Tom Hardy’s pseudo Marlon Brando voice in this. Well I’m mentioning it.

I had to re-watch the trailer, because the first time that was literally the only thing I could focus on. It sounds like a bad mix of Marlon Brando and Chris Farley doing that old “da bears” sketch.

The 2nd trailer shows more of Norman Reedus's character, He's barely in the first one.

Still looks good.

👍 Definitely. And I thought it looked good in the first trailer anyway.

Should also note that Jodie Comer is fast becoming one of the most outstanding actresses...well...ever. Her range of roles, accents and languages is mind-blowing.

Plus, you'd slap her with it.

Opening up in a few weeks, still hyped over this.

I've heard some hype over this?..

People always wishing Hollywood would do original stuff, and this is it apparently..

I bet half those people that complain about Hollywood not doing original stuff, Won't turn up to see this movie.

Not sure this is an original story. Plenty of biker gang films, family gang films, mobster films.

Still hyped though, going opening night levels of it.

Enjoyed it start to finish. Sets, costumes, bikes, cars, props etc, were all on point.

Butler and Hardy were both good. Comer was great.

My only real gripe was the terrible job on the mouth piece they hard Reedus wear. He's supposed to have rotten teeth but it didn't fit his mouth right, looked bad.

Will probably try to watch this at some point.

Overall a good picture, but it was a little slow at times, and Austin Butler thinks he’s way cooler than he actually is. I’ve never seen anyone want to be James Dean so badly in my life.

Heh, yeah. He clearly took cues from Rebel Without a Cause, didn't bother me though. Fit the setting and the character, imo.

It wasn’t a huge deal, didn’t really effect my enjoyment of the movie over all, just a bit corny.

Great performances all round from the cast but a bit of a let down plot-wise. Certainly not "Goodfellas on motorbikes". It never really had any intensity to it beyond the bar revenge scene.

^

Yup, watched this. Super meh.

Jodie Comer and Tom Hardy and Michael Shannon were highlights. Other than that pretty boring and lacking a story.

You didn't find the plot super lame, especially for the big 3rd act excitement of Jodie Comer trying to get Benny to leave the biker gang life behind? Ugh, what a bland f#cking story.

I mean, it was good performances and well directed, I guess. But just not interesting enough.
