Which regular human being in comics could beat bruce wayne in h2h combat

we know cap is enhanced

and a lot of other street levelers are actually genetically enhanced

so the ones who are not enhanced who can beat batman h2h

no weapon, fight in octagon, no rules, to the death

Sometimes its hard to differentiate from enhanced and requiring a certain skill. Most skills seem like superhuman abilities. Like Lady Shiva or Taskmaster for example. Dont think they are officially Mutants or enhanced, but their skill make them seem like anything but ordinary humans.

I guess:

Bronze Tiger
Richard Dragon
Lady Shiva (?)
David Caine
Cassandra Caine
Shang-Chi
Kingpin

Not saying they would win all the time, but they could beat him.
