Most incarnations of Thor are immortal (or close to it, anyway). Thanks to Asgardian physiology and the Golden Apples of Idunn.
And that is not what that version of Thor is called, Golgo.
It is "Cosmic King Thor" or just Thor w/ Odinforce and Power Cosmic.
In no way he is more (or less) immortal than Classic Thor 😛

Thor has had the Odinforce for 3 years now.

And Thor is only immortal in the loosest sense of the word, which means he won't die of old age.
