If they have ways they could internally amp themselves with their own power, physically amping themselves, it's usable here. No amps from outside sources.

Naah, we are not using giant levels of anything here. I said Orion, not giant, abstract versions of these characters. We always gravitate to the normal version first unless stated otherwise.
