Speedblitz, solar flare, energy projection much more powerful than Kamesennin's (who was able to one-shot the moon).
Knocking the Hulk out is all that's needed - he doesn't need to kill him unless specified otherwise in the op.
Always pains me to hear that some still think Krillin is "bottom of the barrel", when he's been the strongest human since Namek. Guy is still racking up impressive feats as recently as the new DBS movie. facepalm
But anyway, Krillin just spams Destructo Discs at Hulk, then blows the leftover chunks into ashes with an energy beam. End of battle.

Most of the other characters look lame in comparison.

The humans will never be relevant again(compared to the Saiyans, I mean.) The best I can hope for are random moments in the spotlight, like Krillin vs. Cell Max. Tien, Yamcha, and to a lesser extent Roshi, are barely even characters anymore.

Agreed. Not only Krillin can spam it - he can also blind the Hulk prior to the Destructo Disc spam - just to be sure.
And while the Hulk might still be able come back somehow or regen from ashes (his hf is overrated as fuck and he's not Wolverine, but let's be generous), it still counts as a forum win.
