No. Rage is just a low level brick outclassed by Colossus. I think there was a time in the late 80s when he was considered a CL100 character. Those days are gone though.

Colossus easily. Rage got weaker by the years. He might have been around 80 tons originally, but fell of to Luke Cage's class.
