Sasquatch vs. Sandman

Sandman, unless there is some plot device in the area. Maybe a Thunder lap could temporarily bfr Sandman, but other than that I see no way he could hurt Sandman.

Sandman has plenty of weaknesses and is never too eager to fight Class 100 guys.

2) grab a part of him that hurts (Parker grabbed him by the balls),

3) wait till he becomes solid and overconfident (Cap one-shotted him that way),

4) just punch him, still takes him out of action for a good moment,

5) wear him out till he runs out of energy - powerless cops came close to capturing him that way,

6) use a vacuum cleaner.

Each time Sandman appears, writers give him a new weakness. Spider-Man elementals are the weakest characters in comics.
