Haven't followed storm or the X-men in a while but unless Storm got some Sky Father Tier upgrades there is little to nothing she can do to Doom, unless Doom is passed out naked and drunk in a bar.

Well Doom is quite often lying around passed out, drunk and naked in bars, so I wouldn't ignore the possibility.
