Riddick 10/10.
In terms of brute strength Riddick is stronger than Kingpin (can catch a man leaping from above him with a single outstretched arm, was able to physically restrain one of the monsters from Pitch Black bare-handed) and is at least comparable to Matt in terms of speed and agility. While also generally carrying more immediately lethal equipment.
And that's just counting live action feats. Feats from his animated short film make him a genuinely bullet-timing badass who would blitz and manhandle Matt.
