goku vs. batman (read stips)
this is current BASE form goku, but his physical stats are equalized with bruce's.
round 1- pure h2h. goku cannot use energy blasts, batman cannot use his gadgets, etc.
round 2- all out fight. goku's physicals are still equalized with batman's, but he can use energy blasts, bruce can use his gadgets, etc.
Round 1: Goku is an excellent martial artist, but I'd wager that Bruce has more technical(or at least more defined) h2h skill. So I'd probably give Bruce the nod here.
Round 2: A little harder to say. If Goku's stats are reduced to Bruce's level, then it means his ki/PL(and subsequently energy attacks) are reduced to that level by default. So I guess it depends what kind of PL we think Bruce has, because that dictates the level of destructive power Goku's energy attacks will have. In DB, normal humans have a PL around 5 -- whereas more powerful humans, like Roshi, have a PL in the 130's(which is enough to unleash moon-busting ki attacks.)
But trying to seriously figure out an 'accurate' PL for Bruce is pure head-canon.

Added to this, is that in round 2 Bruce comes loaded for bear, whilst Goku's energy attacks aren't anything new to Batman (unless I am missing something).
Batman can fight guys like Karate Kid, who wouldn't look too out of place on DBZ....

I dunno, Bruce got assraped by Harley Quinn and featless, powerless, humanized Black Adam.
Goku is like both of those combined. Crazy and exotic.
