I got back from this. I quite liked it.
It's basically a stage play put to screen with some poetic flashbacks and such.
I probably put it about on par with the Paul Bettany/Jennifer Connelly film Creation (2009) about Charles Darwin, in case anyone has seen that.
It's one I will almost certainly revisit with subtitles to savor the dialogue a bit better.
I confess I was hoping for more Nazis, but alas. It's still quite good.
8-9/10
If you're at all interested in "The Question of God" (the book I believe the play was based on), then I think you'll find it worth a watch.
If nothing else you'll see two great actors at play. Anthony Hopkins has been a favorite of mine ever since I saw Silence of the Lambs and Hannibal. The other guy is great, too. Matthew Goode, who I mainly know from Snyder's Watchmen.
(Which reminds me, I've been meaning to watch Nixon, with Anthony Hopkins... **strokes chin**)
Have you not seen Sisu (2022)?

Nazis getting killed left and right. So glorious.
