Batman knows everything about Saitama (everything the audience knows). He gets 1 week prep. Batman has to track Saitama and then defeat him. Saitama doesn't know anyone is after him and goes about life normally. Batman has the element of surprise.

Without watching the video, yes, he can beat Saitama, easily. How easily depends on how much you want to limit Batman.

He can simply give Saitama money to throw the fight. Buy him a new game, and bribe King (easily done) to spend all day playing video games with him.

Hell, challenge him to a video game (that Batman is an expert in).
