Younger version of Magneto. Who wins?

Graviton was a world breaker and, if memory serves me right, was capable of flight. He should win this.

Graviton wins. He was a beast.

Also if Magneto gets the power up he had as a horsemen of Apocalypse? Im pretty sure I know the answer, but still wondering.
