How will Sandman be tanked?
Storm was capable of generating massive tornadoes and weather shifts in seconds. She wouldn't have too much trouble le blowing Sandman away or dumping tons of water on him.
She'd have to pull double duty though as Electro is a huge problem with flight, the highest speed here by a lot and massive energy projection.
