This is another of those fights where one character could casually hold down and sodomize his opponent and the opponent would be physically powerless to stop it.

^^^I'm not denying that.
But, I’m going w. the better more maneuverable flyer, who’s every bit the combat pragmatist.
Vulture will look to end the fight quickly and decisively, and GG won’t have the psychological mind screw advantages he has w. Peter.

That said, I can totally see GG overpowering Vulture. It’s a good matchup.

Impediment Endless

Green Goblin wins. The formula may drive him insane, but his strength and damage soak are amped up to superhuman levels that let him contend hand to hand with Spider-Man.

Vulture/Toomes may have Chitauri technology but he’s still a regular man.

Green Goblin would do better against the Vulture as Spider-Man holds back his abilities as to not outright murder his human-level opponents, while Goblin is an unhinged psychopathic genius who will not hold back even for a moment.

GG also fought the superior Spider-Man in Tobey.
