They talked about it in the Xmen thread.

And we already have an AI upscaled version, this one is probably worse.

Yeah was great. Cyclops is back and he is The Man.

Great cliff hanger at the end of episode 2. Would have been fantastic if I didn't know what it meant. But shows how many comic plots were left hanging from this show, hence why more seasons were welcome/needed.

Also wouldn't want Disney doing their own take as their animated Marvel shows are way to kiddy.

Random note: Does Morph take on the physical abilities of those he copies? Because that's what his power description at the end suggests.

Link?

Had forgotten about this, looking forward to it.

What are you, a teenage emo?

X-men was never good! Marvel's entire Schick was aimed at the soap opera MTV generation.

First two were good, looking forward to the rest.

My only complaint is Magneto's costume, looks stupid. I know it's a close copy to one he wore when he went hero for a bit in the comics, but it's still stupid.

didn't really care for the ltest episode

Ep4 was lame, I ended up fast-forwarding though chunks of it.

** I also want to see more of SunSpot in action.

A Jubilee episode facepalm

Is it important to have seen all the previous seasons from the 90's, before watching?

^ I mean, it might help just to understand some of the dynamics between characters, but I don't think it's necessarily a strict prerequisite.

Look at Archive.org dude, AI enhanced.

Check out Gargoyles while you're at it.

There you go. Phone friendly but i recommend hooking a laptop to a TV.

Once again, despite Colossus being a huge component of the X-Men during that time period, he's nowhere to be found. 2 episodes in TAS and no mention of him in '97.

Well Morph did transform into him (and his sister), so it's not like he's completely forgotten.

But yeah would have preferred him or even Ice Man (Cold Comfort was a great episode they never revisited) joining the team to Bishop and Morph.

They didn't even explain why Bishop is there, last we saw of him, him and his sister returned to their time IIRC.

Nostalgia pandering that's why.

This Xmen show was only made for nostalgia and is proof they are creatively bankrupt.

That's what so bad about it. They showt they remember him enough for a throwaway, but they forget their team needs a designated strongman aside from Rogue.
