hmm, i'm not sure she could cut him. i remember the black cat not being able to cut him. tigra is stronger so maybe? if she could cut him she'd take it. if not he'd wear her out eventually i think. not an easy match to call.

Tigra cut Rulk, but Ross has had a really poor piercing durability in most of his showings - bulletproof feats notwithstanding.
