There's a couple that I'd lump together. Not sure who is faster between Superman and Sentry. The Surfer has warp speed. No one touches warp speed except Death Seed Sentry. GL's on the other hand are crazy fast too. Mjolnir can catch up to the Surfer, however, Thor can only travel so fast before he begins taking damage.
That's a tough list.

Sentry is near the slowest here. Although DS Sentry is still far slower than the other characters, DS Sentry isn't Sentry.
So is Thor. They are both at best a few times faster than light if you go by feats.
Surfer GL Superman and Gladiator can whiz by galaxies in an instant.
