What about her later battle against Darkseid who had the power of the Olympic pantheon? She was clearly weaker than Darkseid, even though she was capable of dealing out damage on him. Again he appeared to be holding back against her due to CIS.
Thor of classic days before gaining the ability to augment his strength, was near planetary levels of strength according to how he stacked up against Hercules at his best. Diana is clearly a bit stronger than Hercules.
Is Diana 10% stronger? 50% stronger? 200% stronger? How can we get an accurate scaling to gauge the differences, if any?
Then there's the revelation that Mongul appeared to be stronger than the Darkseid that Diana most recently fought, pre Odyssey arc.when it took both Dina and Artemis to slow Mongul, which they then filed. I likely missed something, but if I didn't , could this subject be highly contradictory? Anyway, it would be great if you guys could help me piece this together.

First and foremost, holding a portal open isn't a quantifiable feat. It's not something that you can put a number on and compare to e.g. lifting a car or a mountain.
