Batman vs Reed

Both get 72 hours of prep against each other. No outside assistance from anyone else. Can't use tech from anyone else. Only what they have on them or what they've created themselves. Who's taking this?

Reed will come onto the field with some weird science doohickey, trapping Batman in some forcefield trap that works on ten dimensions or something......

And Batman will come armed with magic.
