Ok. I am actually still new here so don't really know the rules, writer interviews are allowed? Or does it have to be shown on celluloid to be 'canon'?

To me, interviews dont mean shit, cause a lot of the writers oand directors tend to exagerate, to make it sound really "cool".

I'm personally okay with writer or director interviews clarifying things like this. The feat is hard to swallow considering their portrayal though so I definitely understand people thinking it PIS and don't really factor it.

Quiet Place: Day One seems to confirm that the Death Angels fell to Earth in asteroids, as the trailer shows Lupita Nyong'o seeing asteroids crash to the surface, and immediately after Death Angels start swarming out and running up buildings.
