Magneto could potentially solo. The guy has shown planetary level if power without strain. Remove Magneto and Omni-Man stomps. No proof that Morph could mimic OM power.

So Magneto just needs to shield Jean and Xavier while they mentally assault the two.

Storm and the rest can provide distractions while that's going on. Morph has shown he can shapeshift into Juggernaut, Colossus, and Hulk. So he and Rogue can at least provide the physical distractions while this is going on.
