How powerful is the universal weapon?

Its a lesser mjolnir in its ability to manipulate/absorb energy. Not sure of its output.

Marvel is winning this the Gems alone aren't powerful seperate but with the Power Gem and Space Gem on the same side? The Power Gem will able their abilities to Universe level of potency.
