I’d say Dooku wins. Dooku is already a legendary Jedi at this point and could beat Yaddle decisively. I think Savage would have to put much more effort to beat her

Remember before they know he's a Sith, AOTC Obi-Wan states he can't take Dooku alone. Although was fairly confident that him and AOTC Anakin together could.

So yeah, he was a big deal even as a Jedi.
