Depends on how cold his gun gets and if he can land a hit before being taken out.

as he can land a shot before Cap can.

cc could def win this but unlike flash (who usually gets in close) tony can stay at a distance to finish him off. i'd take tony most of the time here but that gun would totally eff his armor if he were caught with it.
