Faster than what? I literally showed you a speedster saying Hulks speed is unmatched (there's other light speedsters as well saying the same thing). I never mentioned anyone being untouchable since people like Flash has been slapped by Deathstroke. What I did say is a speedster highly complimenting Hulks speed next to his own and others.
