a) Spiderman has given foes more powerful than Firelord trouble. The BS around street level characters is legendary.

as for the match--this is really close imo. fl has the higher output i think though and he's gone toe-to-toe with herc and thor and done fine. he's also had some very good showings vs ss and other heralds. i think i'd take fl for a slight majority.
