He did get new abilities.

It doesn't state it but it was shown. You can't deny that.

So you're saying that we saw the comic explicitly states and other sources indicate Shazam got more powers. Yet according to you, he was weakened even though there are no actual proofs for that

You keep saying more powerS. I'm not saying he didn't get additional abilities, but stronger is debatable. You do know compromised characters do not fight the same as non-conpromised characters, right? Answer this, if Superman was mentally compromised and he lost, would that count?
