Odin.
But even the most recent feat of Odinforce Thor absorbing/transmuting Zeus could be called into question by Zeus' apparent madness since he was killed by Nyx and resurrected.
In short, I wouldn't bother debating against Odin winning handily... let alone winning a majority.

But how long before the "Odinsleep" takes effect. And I don't believe Zeus ever tires....
Zeus 8 out of 10.
But extrapolating from this... could Odin and Zeus possess somewhat equivalent overall power while Odin has the on-panel propensity to break his ceiling limits necessitating a skyfather-coma because he's been forced to be less conservative with his skyfather power when a crisis arises?
Whereas, concurrently, Zeus has a lower ceiling but not necessarily less overall power because... well, he's just not nearly as popular or depicted on-panel like Odin is and been forced to such desperate measures?
I admit this might seem like empty projection. But how often have Odin and Zeus been portrayed as peers on-panel? Just strikes me that holding the Odinsleep against Odin seems unfair. But conversely, I think you could flip that and argue that reflects more poorly on Zeus?
8 beers in. That's as best as I can ramble. drunk
