The closest instance that I can recall, is when Savage Hulk punched his way into a dimension filled with demons that had been magically locked from the outside. This was during his trip to the Crossroads, or was it called something else? Been a while since I read it.
That feat was classified as being unquantifiable, just like the Doomsday feat in this very thread.
My answer would be yes, of course he would be able to do it. It's not as if it's Daredevil or Nightwing level strong guys punching a weird wall that will magically transport the aggressor to another dimension.
That's pretty stupid writing imo, but yeah, he'd most definitely be able to do it, just not with one punch. Savage Hulk had to build up the level of strength that it would take, unless he was already at that level, or beyond it
