My left one one has thick veins, idk if that's a sign of excess blood in the scrotum or something else.... It's only on the the left side and sometimes it hurts... When I was 14 it was actually blue! Do I have big blood vessels in my left side of the scrotum?

Switch to briefs for a while, and it will resolve itself. You have to keep in mind that the more blood that is pooled, the longer it will take for it to start circulating again. So the results are not going to be immediate. It is going to take a little while. You did not develop it overnight, it is not going to go away overnight.

Eh, probably not a big deal anyway.
