Thanos doesn't have any form of true super-speed, so he should be statue-like to the Flash.

But considering the Flash likes to be a dope, he probably loses.

Thanos would be a statue to Flash and Flash has shown that he can hurt Kryptonians, so yeah, Flash wins.

Both Barry's were taking down Kryptonians in the Flash no sweat, so if he is serious he should have no problem with or without the stones.

Unless he goofs off against infinity gauntlet Thanos, in which case Thanos snaps him out of existence. Could Barry just turn back time before the snap takes effect though? Hmmm...
