Kalibak has hit both Max Mercury and Lightray. I'm thinking both faster than Spectrum. Lightray definitely is. You yourself used Kalibak hitting Lightray as a desperate attempt to lowball Lightray, assuming Kalibak doesn't have super speed. All New Gods have it to some degree.

Yes, super speed to at least some degree is standard for New Gods.
