Didn't the Battleship have incredible shields too?
The Wizards can use their sling rings to open portals into the Mothership, and Iron Man, Thor, Scarlet Witch, Vision, and Carol can take down the Mothership's guardian fighter jets while IM shuts down the shields which can then allow them to take down the big battleships. The portals might be able to get through the shields of the other ships as well. Besides the tripods, the ground forces of the aliens stand virtually no chance against the combined armies of the Avengers, Namor, and the Eternals. Against the tripods, the best strategy will be to sling ring past the shields and then have IM, Falcon, Thor and Carol spam them with explosives. They'll have to work quick though because those Heat-Rays are going to be tough to avoid and can potentially wipe out the MCU's ground forces en-masse unless the Wakandans and Wanda can erect a large enough shield which might be possible but is arguable.
