Shang-Chi vs Daredevil (MCU)

No rings of course. Daredevil doesn't have his baton. Who wins?

Shang-Chi. Even without his rings he still has literal Airbending powers and is one of the most skilled martial artists we've seen in the MCU.

If you watched the movie, you would have noticed the airbending powers are only available in the magic village which was why Wenwu's enemy gang was able to kill his wife.

Unless the OP specifically denies him having it, then the fight takes place in a void where all combatants have full access to their natural powers/standard equipment. He wouldn't have the Rings but Airbending should be allowed unless Think changes his mind.
