Once again, another woke leftist who was all in favour of "trans rights," admits things were blown out of proportion and phrases like 'white privilege' and 'TERF' were not appropriate, and not helpful when it comes to issues like racism and sexism.
I had problems with a few things that became a mainstay in pop culture over the last 4 years.
Men occupying women spaces, and competing against physically weaker opponents in sports. Those were cars destined to crash, unless of course you remain among the few that are incapable of identifying a man from a woman.
Famous trigger question: What is a woman? The majority of us all have mothers. Your mother is a woman, time to start standing up for women’s rights which includes the mother that you (may) love.
I’m all for Gay Olympics, I’m not for robbing women of fulfilling lifelong dreams that are shattered when idiots are unable to distinguish what a man is or what a woman is, and yet claim an understanding of biology.

I think it would be Trans Olympics, not Gay Olympics. I agree with everything else you said, though.
Also, trans people aren't really into sports all that much. They care more about their appearance and societal status. Bruce Jenner won an olympic medal, Caitlin Jenner acts like a retard on the Kardashians channel. (It's the same person.)

There's enough of them who are interested in sports, but probably not enough to justify 'Trans Olympics'.
